Hinckley Road Planning Application

The planning application for the proposed development of 125 houses off Hinckley Road has been received and is now available online at www.blaby.gov.uk/online-applications. The planning reference number is 17/0247/OUT. While the published closing date for comments is 29 March 2017, comments will be accepted by Blaby District Council up to the time this application is considered by the Development Control Committee, although it is recommended that any representations are made not later than April.

This matter has been placed on the agenda of the next Parish Council meeting which will be held on 6 April 2017. All are welcome to attend.

Public Consultation - Proposals For Residential Development On Land South Of Hinckley Road, Sapcote

Hallam Land Management has proposals for a residential development on land south of Hinckley Road, Sapcote. The proposals include approximately 125 dwellings with landscaping and ecological enhancements, and the opportunity to support existing open space provision within the village.

The public consultation event provides the opportunity for local residents to view the proposals and speak to the development team.
